any of you who know me know – unequivocally – that i avoid scales like the plague. there was a time when i spent so much time and energy on and off the scale. for all intents and purposes, we are divorced.

changed the name: adia’s notes
i changed the name of this blog from “adia colar • a writer’s blog” to “• adia’s notes •”. why? because it more succint. i guess i figured if i’m already changing the design of this blog, it’s apropos to change the name as well.

living for the city
